Balloon Design Change / Cancellation Fee

This fee applies when a client requests changes or cancels the balloon setup after the balloon design has already been created and/or installed.

Because balloon designs are custom-built and materials are prepared specifically for your event, changes made after setup require additional labor, materials, and time.

This fee covers:

• Time spent designing and preparing the balloon arrangement

• Balloon materials already used or inflated

• Labor for setup and partial or full teardown

Important notes:

• This fee applies to same-day changes or cancellations after setup has begun or is completed

• The $75 fee is non-refundable

• Additional charges may apply if major redesigns or new materials are requested
